1 HAZİRAN’DA KADROLU OLAN SÖZLEŞMELİ ÖĞRETMENLER DİKKAT!

1 Haziran 2011 tarihi itibariyle Bakanlık tarafından 30.000 kadrolu öğretmen ataması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kadroya geçen bu öğretmenlerin çok büyük bir kısmını da 657 sayılı Yasanın 4/b maddesi kapsamında görev yapmakta iken kadroya geçenler teşkil etmektedir.
Bugün yürürlüğe giren kararnamede 4 Haziran 2011 tarihi itibariyle sözleşmeli personel kadrolarında çalışmakta olanların, otuz gün içinde memuriyet kadrolarına geçirilmek üzere kurumlarına yazılı olarak müracaat edecekleri ve başvuru yapanların çalıştıkları yerlere atanmasının kurumlarınca altmış gün içinde yapılacağı belirtilmiştir.

1 Haziran’da sözleşmeli öğretmen iken kadrolu öğretmenliğe atananların sözleşmeleri 1 Eylül tarihi itibariyle feshedileceğinden, bu tarihe kadar sözleşmeli öğretmenlik statüleri devam edecektir. 1 Haziranda kadroya geçen ve atandıkları yere gitmek isteyen sözleşmeli öğretmenler açısından bir çekince bulunmamaktadır. Ancak 1 Haziran tarihinde kadroya geçirilen ve yer değiştirmek istemeyen sözleşmeli öğretmenlere; talepleri doğrultusunda, bulundukları kurumlarda kadrolu olarak, yayımlanan kararname kapsamında görev yapma imkanı verilmesi ve bu şekilde boşalacak olan kadrolara da ivedilikle yeniden ilk atama yoluyla kadrolu öğretmen alımı yapılması hususunda Bakanlığa resmi bir başvuruda bulunduk.
